Certification Details Current Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE license Current ARRT registration in CT Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association Job Details This position performs diagnostic computerized tomography scanning procedures to produce consistently high-quality examinations in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations and licensing requirements. Job Requirements Successful completion of a JRCERT approved radiologic program One year of radiology experience One year of pediatric imaging experience Current Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE license Current ARRT registration in CT Schedule Information Call is required, but we only utilize callback in the event of a callout on a minimally staffed shift (weekends/overnights). Additional Details COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
