About the role:

As a CBRE Property Researcher, you will be responsible for the management of global property data sets as well as research and analysis for a variety of commercial real estate data projects and initiatives. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the management, integration, improvement and analysis of property data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team's delivery of other projects.

While this role is hybrid, the expectation is to be in the Phoenix office with the team at least 2 days a week.

What you'll do:

- Create, integrate and enrich property data with a focus on establishing a global property data platform that the business can trust as its primary source for market intelligence.

- Undertake robust location analysis as part of other noted duties.

- Engage and support local market research teams as needed for special projects.

- May assist with data intelligence research in a variety of support roles.

- Other duties as assigned.

- No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

What You'll Need:

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.

- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.

- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
