Responsibilities
Position Summary: Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Follows established procedures and guidelines to manufacture
the organization's products according to production specifications
and schedules, volume, cost or quality standards.
- Operates machines and production equipment safely and in
accordance with instructions.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical problems for the product
line/process to minimize reject levels and downtime.
- Monitors the quality of output to identify, discard or manage
faulty products.
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that
manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and change over on production
lines and systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and escalate as
needed.
- Will become the subject matter expert at higher levels of the
job.
- Performs general cleaning and maintenance duties as
directed.The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also
include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from

subordinates. The targeted range for this role takes into account a
range of factors that are considered when making compensation and
hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other
business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has
not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential
associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances
of each case. The range provided is a reasonable estimate.
Target Based Range
$18.00 - $22.16
Qualifications
Expertise: Qualifications -Education/Experience/Training/Etc
Required:
- High school diploma/G.E.D or equivalent required.
- 0-02 years related experience required.
- Applicable industry/professional certification required.
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance
- Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed
- cGMP training/experience desired, training will be
provided.
- Aseptic processing training/experience desired, training will
be provided. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee
frequently is required to use hands to handle or feel and reach
with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand
and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20
pounds. .
