Our culture is driven by a passion for innovation, a commitment to excellence, and a team that values collaboration and creativity.The Senior Software Engineer - React Front End, is an experienced professional with at least 5 years of software development experience, focusing on building responsive and dynamic web applications. This individual excels in writing production-ready code, consuming and interacting with REST APIs, and leveraging modern testing tools to ensure quality. Expertise in React and TypeScript is essential, while familiarity with and Recharts is a bonus. The engineer will play a critical role in creating intuitive user interfaces and maintaining scalable, maintainable front-end systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, production-ready front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to consume data from and send data to REST APIs.
• Implement automated integration tests using Cypress to ensure functionality and user experience meet requirements.
• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to transform UX/UI designs into responsive and accessible web applications.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Debug and resolve front-end issues systematically, ensuring scalability and performance optimization.
• Stay updated on modern front-end development trends and incorporate best practices into the codebase.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed or as new opportunities arise. Proactively support the team with tasks and projects that emerge over time.Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software development experience or 3+ years with a master's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in React (3+ years) and TypeScript (1+ years).
  • Experience interacting with REST APIs for data fetching and manipulation.
  • Demonstrated ability to write and maintain Cypress integration tests.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex features into manageable tasks.
  • Clear and concise communication skills for explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Reside in Southern California for 1-2 days a week onsite OR in the Phoenix Metro area for initial onsite 2 days a month.Nice to Haves:
    • Familiarity with and Recharts for building complex data visualizations.
    • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices.
    • Experience working in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
