We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Private Duty Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and *MUST HAVE TRACH EXPERIENCE!*

_*\*\*\*This role requires a nurse who can not only meet the medical needs of the patient but also attend school Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The ideal candidate should have experience in trach experience, medication administration, and ADL's. Strong attention to detail and compassionate care are essential.\*\*\**_

*Schedule: *

Monday-Friday

7 AM - 5 PM

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide high-quality care.
* Pediatric Care Experience
* Monitor and assess patients' health conditions, including vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising physician.
* Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed interventions.
* GTube Assistance
* ADL's
* Trach management
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

*Qualifications:*
* Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona.
* Current CPR Certification
* *Must be able to work with a Trach*
* *Must be willing to go to school with patient*
* Strong Clinical Skills
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient home within the designated area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37.00 - $40.00 per hour
