BANNER - UNIVERSITY MEDICINE PHOENIX, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care network, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support the Sleep & Pulmonary Physicians in our thriving Banner-University Medicine Clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. The Banner-University Medicine Sleep Program offers in lab and home-based sleep studies, comprehensive sleep care, and is a supported by a multidisciplinary group of physicians. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITES: Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a-5p Independently and collaboratively see new and follow up patients with sleep disorders, pulmonary disorders, and CPAP adherence appointments Independently and collaboratively see inpatient consults Educate patients on sleep hygiene, treatment options, and lifestyle adjustments to improve sleep quality and lung hygiene Complete all documentation, authorization, and regulatory paperwork for patients with sleep disorders Interpret data from sleep studies with collaborating physician oversight Background in Sleep Medicine and/or Pulmonology preferred Initially, once per week travel between downtown Phoenix and Arcadia clinic sites with sleep team No Call Location: Banner University Medical Center Phoenix, 1111 East McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85006 Banner Health and University of Arizona Health Network have come together to form Banner - University Medicine , a health system that makes the highest level of care accessible to Arizona residents.
