Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Drug Product and Device Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee commercial and clinical manufacturing of drug products and lead process development and technology transfer
Manage drug product technical and manufacturing risks and provide person-in-plant support during manufacturing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives and provide scientific guidance to junior scientists

Required Qualifications and Education

Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics Sciences or related fields with 7+ years of industry experience; or Master's with 10+ years; or Bachelor's with extensive industry experience
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and working with Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
Experience in drug product formulation development and CMC regulatory guidance
Knowledge of pharmaceutical characterization and testing equipment
Operational knowledge of various processing techniques for small molecule drug products
