What we need from you:

* Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and providing a 5-star experience for all customers.
* Act as a membership expert by explaining plan benefits, assisting with renewals, and scheduling seasonal visits.
* Make Outbound calls on special promotions.
* Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and chat.

What we are looking for:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
* Service Titan Experience strongly preferred
* Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
