pWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Tire Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the commercial tire market, and a proven track record of driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on our range of commercial tire products and services./p

liDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base./li
liIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial tire market./li
liBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service./li
liProvide expert advice on commercial tire products, helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs./li
liConduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences./li
liPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations./li

pstrongQualifications:/strong/p

ul
liBilingual in Spanish and English (Preferred)./li
liTwo - three (2-3) years of proven experience as a Commercial Tire Salesperson (Required)./li
liIn-depth knowledge of commercial tire products and the tire market./li
liStrong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets./li
liMust have a valid drivers license and clean MVR record. Drivers license must be current in the state in which the employee performs his or her driving duties./li
liMust maintain a clean driving record, i.e., must remain insurable under our companys liability insurance policy./li
liStrong Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software./li
liPhenomenal customer service skills: serve as a role model, trainer, and motivator in delivering excellent customer service to all customers./li
liFinancial skills: sales-driven professional with the ability to control and understand costs and deliver results that exceed expectations./li

liCompetitive commission-based pay structure, with potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $150,000+ annually, depending on performance./li
