*** The job is on-site with a HYBRID (3d office / 2d home) work schedule. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate within commuting distance of Pittsburgh PA (1st choice for the client), Cleveland OH (2nd choice for the client) or Birmingham AL, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ


Business Systems Analyst :

- Collaborate with Product Owners and key stakeholders to enhance fraud detection functionality through creation of detailed user stories
- Conduct data mapping exercises to support developers and testers in implementing fraud prevention solutions
- Document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the Actimize platform
- Support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for fraud detection systems
- Work within Agile methodology to facilitate development, testing, and implementation cycles
- Maintain documentation in JIRA and Confluence for requirements traceability
- Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure fraud prevention solutions meet business needs
- Support all Lines of Business (LOBs) working to prevent fraud across C&IB, Customer Alerting, Deposits, Digital/Retail, Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), Security Incident Request (SIR), Case Management and New Account Fraud (NAF)

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

- At least 5-7 years of full time experience
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and proven ability to create effective user stories
- Experience with data mapping for adding new tables/fields to systems or transferring data between systems
- Demonstrated ability to support stakeholder User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence
- Understanding of software development lifecycle including development, testing, and release processes
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technical environment
- Strong communication skills to facilitate requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders
- Experience with Actimize platform
