DEPARTMENT: WEALTH MANAGEMENT
REPORTS TO: SENIOR TRUST ASSOCIATE/ASSISTANT TRUST OFFICER
FLSA STATUS: NON-EXEMPT
TYPE OF POSITION: FULL-TIME
JOB SUMMARYThe Trust Associate assists both the Trust Officers and
Operations Team Lead in a variety of functions within both Trust
administration and Trust operations using the Trust System and
other computer applications. This role shall also support the bank
in a backup personal banking capacity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES--- Serves as an associate to the Trust
Officers in managing the assigned TrustBank clients. Assist in the
administration of Estates, Trusts, and Agency accounts. --- Open,
prepare, monitor, and update accounts on the Trust account
system.--- Locates and places funds, securities and other assets in
trust accounts.--- Processing of daily transactions for the Trust
team by processing bill, ACH, Wires and deposits.--- Assists in the
administration of accounts with provisions of governing documents,
legal requirements and established policy and procedures of the
department.--- Processing of incoming mail, maintenance changes,
setting up and maintaining assets.--- Other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS and ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSThe position is Monday
through Friday, typically from 8AM - 5PM and is forty hours a week.
Additional hours may be required as needed. The position will
primarily be located 14631 N Scottsdale Rd Ste. 100 Scottsdale, AZ
85254. The position requires long periods of sitting in front of a
computer. Noise level is moderate, and the office is well lit. The
duties of the job may require the employee to stand, walk, use
hands, and feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands,
arms, and talk, or hear. Ability to lift 25-pounds. Vision
abilities include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision,
depth perception and the ability to focus. Some work may be
repetitive at the computer and the position requires direct work
with the public.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSThe estimated hourly rate for this
position is $21.00 - $31.00/per hour, along with the eligibility
for a discretionary annual bonus. Pay rate may vary based on the
candidate's qualifications skills, and experience. Our generous

Requirements: EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE--- One to three years in
Trust administration and/or operations--- A College or University
degree and/or relevant proven work experience
REQUIRED SKILLS and ABILITIES--- Knowledgeable in areas of trust
and/or finance.--- Skilled in applicable computer software, e.g.,
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, etc.--- Excellent communication
skills in establishing priorities and setting deadlines for
critical responsibilities under management.--- Recognizes the
importance of customer service and has the ability to work with
internal and external customers to deliver exceptional
services.
TECHNICAL SKILLSProficiency in MS Office 365, Excel skills are
particularly important for data entry, management and analysis,
planning software, and report preparation. Familiarity with
software applications in the trust administration space, CRMs, or
financial operations are ideal. The ability to quickly learn and
adapt around new software is essential.
