Pay-rate: $85,000-$95,000 annually base salary plus Quarterly Bonus up to $2,500

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
This is a Direct Hire Opportunity



Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of metal roofing projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.


Lead and manage roofing crews, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to company standards.


Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials to meet client expectations.


Conduct site inspections, enforce safety regulations, and address any issues proactively.


Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.


Maintain documentation, including work progress, job site reports, and material inventory.



Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in metal roofing, preferably in new residential construction, commercial re-roof, or service.


Proven experience in supervising roofing projects and leading crews.


Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety protocols.


Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications.


Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.


Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
