• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS and BLS required
• Approximately 20 patients per day in clinic, approximately 3 cases per surgery day
• Upper endoscopy and lower endoscopy required, must perform independently
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
