• 2nd Shift DifferentialJob Description: Under general supervision employee performs routine deburring and miscellaneous machine shop duties requiring little job knowledge, skill or discretion in selecting work methods.Key Responsibilities:
  • Performs regular factory work such as deburring, parts cleaning, and honing;
  • Deburrs parts using vibration and tumbler deburring equipment;
  • Could require operating a bandsaw
  • Performs regular manual tasks;
  • Insures that output normally equals or exceeds that expected;
  • Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work
  • Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards;
  • Accomplishes production quotas;
  • Working consistently, working overtime, and traveling as required;
  • Conducts himself/herself in a business-like and civil manner;
  • Ability to react to change productively and perform other essential tasks as assignedSkills and Requirements:
    • Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
    • Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of deburring methods;
    • Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently remover burrs from parts utilizing vibrating and tumbling deburring equipment;
    • Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English;
    • Ability to work with a number sequence;
    • Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions;
