Zelms Erlich Lenkov has an opening in Arizona for a litigation attorney, Insurance Coverage. The attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Responsibilities: Work independently managing a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end Ability to communicate with clients and prepare status reports Ability to respond to discovery, complete legal research, write motions and take and defend depositions Comfortable handling court appearances Negotiating settlements Daily time entry Qualifications: License to practice law in AZ Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred) at least 3 years of law practice experience Comfortable working remote/independently Strong ethics and professionalism Organized with attention to details Benefits: Remote work opportunities Company sponsored health, vision, and dental benefits 401K CLE paid for by Firm Bonus opportunities Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Bonus/Commission: No
