Job Description:

We are looking to add a Litigation Associate with excellent research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills that are interested in working on exciting and cutting-edge cases. Candidates with 3-5 years of progressive civil litigation experience who are truly committed to sharing Burg Simpson's core values are encouraged to apply. Our associates work closely with senior attorneys on all aspects of complex litigation including conducting legal research to address complex discovery and legal issues; drafting of pleadings and brief writing; and deposition and trial attendance and participation. A license to practice law in the state of Arizona is required. This is a full-time and permanent position, and Burg Simpson offers access to excellent benefits and compensation commensurate with experience.
