The role will include both people management responsibilities and deep, hands-on technical work. The ideal candidate is an experienced manager, passionate about making a difference on a global scale, with excellent people skills and strong technical capacity.Qualifications

• Strong software professional, with a good understanding of software development methodologies, engineering trade-offs, and prioritization.
• At least 10 years of experience working on complex software projects, developing in C, C++, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience managing software teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, with the ability and desire to create and uphold a large, productive professional network.
