Role: Project Manager/Technical Scrum Master
Duration: 12 Months - (Extension Or Conversion will be based on performance)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85054 - Hybrid Role
Pay: $60 - $62 per hour.

Technical Scrum Master - Web Search Team

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team and play a critical role in enhancing the web search functionality .
In this role, you will facilitate agile processes and support development teams to deliver impactful search experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

Drive and coach agile development processes within scaled agile frameworks.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, identify and mitigate risks, and optimize development processes.

Track and report on project progress, identify and resolve roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.

Manage project communications, including creating presentations, publishing newsletters, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership (30% of the time).

Schedule and communicate Critical to Path (CTP) activities (part of the 30% communication/documentation time).

Support the team by organizing, communicating, and documenting team presence and activities.

Effectively manage the Scrum process, dedicating 50-60% of the time to core Scrum Master responsibilities.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a Scaled Agile environment.

Experience with project communications, including presentation creation, newsletter publication, and status reporting to leadership.

Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging technical environment.


Plusses:
Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Experience with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr) is a plus.
