What You'll Do On a Typical Day

* Enter accurate and complete load information into system
* Provide timely updates to customers on load status through multiple communication channels.
* Ensure accepted loads will meet DOT requirements to ensure safe operation by Buchanan employees
* Spot quote loads maintaining rate confirmations and associated paperwork.
* Monitor and analyze revenue per customer
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* High school graduation or equivalent required
* Detail oriented with demonstrated communication skills
* Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
* Experience with transportation industry preferred
* Demonstrated customer service skills
* Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office applications
