We are actively hiring therapists in the Goodyear/Phoenix area for both remote and hybrid roles at our conveniently located office near Phoenix-Goodyear airport. Our office provides a modern, professional space for in-person sessions. Whether you prefer the flexibility of remote work or the option to see clients in person, we support your ideal work environment.As a Foresight Therapist, You'll Enjoy:Flexible scheduling for full-time and part-timeWork remote or in a hybrid setting, our office near Phoenix-Goodyear airportFreedom to use modalities aligned with your strengths and client needsEasy documentation through a streamlined EHRProfessional development, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team for building caseloads, credentialing, and billingFree in-house Continuing Education and Therapy Certification programsCollaboration with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, mental health nurse practitioners, and registered dieticiansWhat You'll Do:Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families (virtually or in-person)Full-time: Minimum of 25 clients per weekPart-time clinicians: Minimum of 10 clients per week (minimum of 12 hours of availability)Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plansComplete timely electronic documentation (within 72 hrs)Manage your caseload and maintain a consistent scheduleCompensation & Benefits:An hourly rate of $40.00Comprehensive Benefits for full-time employees: Medical, dental, vision insurance; accrued PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) match, HSA/FSA, company-paid life insurance, and more!What We're Looking For:Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and/or Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) who reside in a state in which we operate (AZ residency required for hybrid roles).Clinicians who are committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices. They should be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning, and proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite.Must not be opted out of MedicareApply today!
