Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician Phoenix, AZ Seeking a Board-Certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to join an inpatient rehabilitation program. Key Services Provided:

Treat spasticity and pain limiting function.
Prescribe adaptive devices for safety.
Reduce opioid use through alternative therapies.
Educate staff on rehabilitation processes.
Participate in medical directorship meetings. Highlights:
