Conduct retrospective claims review for coding and pricing
determinations. Acts as subject matter expert on medical claims
coding for inpatient and outpatient services. Provide coding
related information to medical directors. Acts as the designated
recipient for factual network provider claims requests. Develop
determination letters. Provide support to non clinical and clinical
staff on coding and retrospective medical claim review
processes.
Minimum 5 years clinical coding experience.
Minimum 3 years claims processing experience with inpatient and
outpatient accounts.
Must be a US citizen.
Work in fast paced environment.
Must pass drug test and DOD background check
