What You'll Do
Build Relationships: Be the trusted contact for employer groups and brokers, strengthening partnerships and providing outstanding service.
Educate Clients: Deliver open enrollment presentations and share year-round educational materials to help clients understand their benefits.
Renew Contracts: Analyze data and prepare accurate renewal packages, ensuring a 90% retention rate.
Solve Problems: Provide fast and effective solutions for escalated client issues.
Travel Locally: Attend client meetings across Utah, primarily same-day trips.

What We're Looking For
Experience with insurance. Industry knowledge is a must. (2 + years)
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Confidence in analyzing data and preparing solutions.
Experience in presenting information in a clear and engaging way.
A proactive, service-oriented mindset.
