Job Description:
This position will work every other weekend and some Holidays on
a rotating schedule. A BSN prepared nurse is preferred. This nurse
should plan to lead shared governance and participate in the
Clinical ladder program. This position may preform audits, coach
peers, and is expected to be a clinical leader on the unit at all
