    • Job Requirements
    • MUST have AZ RT license in hand
    • MUST be able to assist with bronchs
    • MUST Be Proficient with at least one of the following: Cervo I, Cervo I, Jets, Oscilators
    • MUST have 2 years of strong ICU experience and prefer NICU experience
    • RRT required (NOTE: AZ license will not be granted without RRT)
    • Adult Only RT: Requires BLS, RRT, AZ License and min. 2 years' experience & strong ICU experience
    • Adults and NICU RT: Requires BLS, RRT, NRP, AZ License and min. 2 years exp & strong ICU experience
    • Preferred Cert: ACLS
      • Schedule Information
      • Weekly Orientations, Mondays, except for holiday weeks
      • Shifts: 6a-630p, 6p-630a 3 days a week
      • Every other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month
      • Work into holiday rotation
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Level I EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
        • Previous travel required for ED, NEURO ICU
        • Cerner EMR required for ED
        • Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, this is a teaching hospital
        • Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, and then will be shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage
        • Run all vents, bipap V60 and cpap
        • Pharmacy coverage 24/7
        • Respond to Clinical Response Team calls with Lead
        • Responsible for all ABGs
          • Additional Details
          • Candidates can NOT work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (Cannot work two contracts at the same time)
          • must be gone from commonspirit for 12 months as perm staff, to be considered for a travel assignment
          • NO FACIAL PIERCINGS AND ONLY NATURAL HAIR COLORS (no weird colors)
          • ONBOARDING DUE 1pm CST WEDNESDAY BEFORE START. THE FACILITY WILL NOT ALLOW ANYTHING TO BE PENDING, AND THEY WILL PUSH THE TRAVELER BACK IF THE FILE IS NOT COMPLETE BY THE DEADLINE
          • 2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required
          • Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks
          • Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units. IF FAILED, will be DNU for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region
          • Unit Orientation: 2 days on regular floor then validate skills
          • Assigned certain area per day. No floating to outpatient areas
          • Lead on duty, every shift
          • Team player, Very high acuity, strong experience, time management, communication skills.
