Volt is immediately hiring for a Audio Visual / Low Voltage Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ.

Compensation: $75,000- $85,000 Annual Salary (Open to Negotiation)

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Qualifications:
Must have audio visual experience, project management experience, and a positive attitude.
Experience with low voltage systems, including audio, video, sound distribution
Experience with nurse call, structured cabling, security, access control, and AV networking and integration is a plus
Ability to read and interpret schematics.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, specifically Procore, D-Tools, and Outlook is preferred
Crestron experience is a plus.

As a Audio Visual / Low Voltage Project Manager you will:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage and AV systems from inception to completion. This includes installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate system installation.
Ensure job safety and efficiency.
Maintain detailed project records, including contracts, change orders, and meeting notes.
Prepare progress reports, billing documentation, and project close-out packages.
Assign and supervise technicians, subcontractors, and other project personnel.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
