As a CBRE Marketing Manager, you will drive the strategic development and creative execution of innovative, multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate our commercial real estate initiatives. Your expertise will guide the design and implementation of a wide range of marketing assets, including brochures, email marketing, websites, social media platforms, videos, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own the development of creative art direction and marketing strategies for multi-faceted campaigns, driving brand consistency and business growth through targeted and impactful initiatives. Provide actionable feedback and mentor to designers and client services coordinators to improve their skills and performance.
  • Project Management: Develop and implement project schedules, task assignments, and quality control processes to drive design perfection and client happiness. Set and supervise deadlines to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Content Creation: Craft captivating content that resonates with our audience. As a skilled wordsmith, you'll refine our message through meticulous proofreading, editing, and writing, elevating the brand voice and driving significant connections with our target market.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: Develop strong, collaborative relationships with our sales professional, client services coordinators, clients and key stakeholders. Work together to develop effective marketing strategies tailored to specific property listings, ensuring their unique features are highlighted.
  • Growth Mindset: Stay informed of the latest marketing trends, strategies, and technologies. Apply innovative tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive engagement.

    What You'll Need:

    To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.     • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, required.
    • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
    • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
    • Leadership skills to empower team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
    • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations
