Job Description:
Under the direction of leadership, implements Risk Management
Program practices to avoid or reduce loss to the organization.
Collaborates with the other departments to develop and assure
implementation of patient safety and high reliability initiatives.
Acts as a resource for department and all staff in addressing risk
