Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager specializing in Commercial Interior Design for a one-year project. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee and manage interior design projects from conception through completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the interior design project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project vision and goals are met.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality assurance.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial interior design sector.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
