Job Description:

Salem Media is seeking a highly motivated Digital Media Sales Account Executive to join our team. This individual will be responsible for selling and managing multi-media marketing solutions to local small and medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, while developing new business opportunities.

• Prospect for local and regional business, reach decision makers, and create compelling advertising presentations
• Stay current on local digital marketing trends and opportunities
• Create and present strategic marketing proposals for key accounts
• Accurately project revenues and exceed monthly and annual budgets Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in on-air and online media
  • Knowledge of digital products and how they are positioned and sold in the marketplace
  • Success in selling various digital marketing products including SEM, SEO, social media, and others
  • Ability to understand and address client needs effectively
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of developing business marketing strategy for local and regional clients
