The Admin Data Entry Operator/Project Admin, under general supervision, enters information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputs large amounts of data into the customer information system. This position supports the Customer Service Division of Business Operations. ResponsibilitiesThe Data Entry Operator, under general supervision, enters information with a high degree of speed and accuracy, inputs large amounts of data into the customer information system This position supports the Customer Service Division of Business OperationsEstablishes and maintains utility accountsVerifies account eligibility and accessibilityPrepares, distributes, and completes work ordersPrepares files for mass customer communicationsAssists with mailing billing statements and other notices generated in houseScans or retains documentsPerforms monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requestEnters data into Key Performance Indicator tracking databasesPerforms other related duties as assigned--- No experience, Willing to train--- Ability to work within established turnaround times--- Excellent social skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks--- Ability to analyze and apply company policies and procedures--- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities--- Ability to work both individually and within a team environment--- Ability to remain organized, regard to detail, follow guidelines and multi-task in a professional and efficient wayPI410e09c64f39-25660-37222221
