JOB LOCATION: Phoenix, AZ 3 days onsite/2 days remote
WAGE RANGE*: 16.50 - 17.50/ hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Performs a variety of tasks associated with customer sales tax exemption documentation. Review tax exemption reports and identify corresponding tax documents. Identify if tax documents are on hand and complete, or not available.

--- Review tax documents - identify if it meets compliance requirements.
--- Attention to detail is a must
--- Capture tax data elements in the Masterfile that will be uploaded into tax system
--- Identify if document is expired or incomplete so updated document can be obtained
--- Image tax documents in central imaging system for retrieval in the event of tax audit
--- High volume work
--- Position requires verbal and written communication with co-workers and collaboration with internal contacts
--- Knowledge of file and records management and basic mathematical calculations
--- Skill with working in Excel
--- Must have accurate data entry skills,
--- Work is performed under minimal guidance
