Job Title:Delivery Lead/Solutions Architect - BESLocation:Block 23What you'll do:Western Alliance Bank is seeking passionate, results-driven Delivery Lead/Solutions Architect to deliver innovative, industry leading solutions. We want a creative, highly-motivated lead who can take initiative, have good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment. Plays a key role in supporting our Business Escrow Service program navigating the business through the systems implementation as well as mapping and alignment of critical business processes.

• Plan, manage and deliver multiple complex functional projects maintaining security posture in time on budget.
• Foster a collaborative agile environment with focus on continuous improvement and delivery of working software.
• Be a primary point of contact for business partners.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the system processes and data structures that support Escrow Services including Deals, Payments, Claims, Invoices, Vesting and Taxes.
• Collaborate with business, IT and vendor crews to set expectations and document project deliverables.
• Collaborate with product, back office and sales teams to proactively address ongoing customer needs and ensure rapid resolution to open issues.
• Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in execution.
• Create comprehensive project plans and remove impediments.
• Track overall project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of business short-term and long-term goals.
• Provide timely status and project tracking to all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to mitigate project risks.
• Be hands-on and assume additional responsibilities when needed.
• Identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth by collaborating with business and tech leads.
• Assist in screening and provide input to hiring decisions.
• Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.What you'll need:
  • 10+ years' experience working as a delivery lead leading large and complex cross-functional projects and crews.
  • 6+ years of Enterprise or Solution Architecture experience within Microsoft Tech stack preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in banking industry with good understanding of payments, deposits and lending.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience delivering inhouse applications in cloud environments like Azure and AWS.
  • Experience in Escrow processes and products such Deals, Payments, Claims, Invoices, Vesting and Taxes are a plus.
  • Hands on experience in Agile frameworks.
  • Experience in managing highly skilled technology teams and being responsible for the execution KPIs and timelines.
  • Should have deep understanding of UI/UX, Microservices, DevOps, security, IT governance and audit principles.
  • Should have good understanding of long running choreography, batch processing, data modelling, ETL development concepts.
  • Experience with business process reengineering with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive creative ideas and solutions.
  • Should be able influence scope, decisions and change management through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-obsession approach.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
